Legal Disclaimer for Sun Kissed Sips Music Festival

Clear Bag Policy: For the safety and security of all attendees, only clear bags will be permitted into the Sun Kissed Sips Music Festival. Acceptable bags include:

• Clear plastic, vinyl, or PVC bags no larger than 12" x 6" x 12"

• Small clutch bags, approximately the size of a hand, may be carried without being in a clear bag but must not exceed 4.5" x 6.5"

All other bags, including backpacks, large purses, and duffle bags, are prohibited. This policy will be strictly enforced.

No Weapons Policy: The following items are strictly prohibited at the festival:

• Firearms, knives, and any other weapons of any kind

• Pepper spray, stun guns, or other defensive tools

Any violation of this policy will result in removal from the festival grounds without a refund, and, if necessary, law enforcement will be notified. For everyone's safety, all attendees are subject to a security check, including bag inspections and metal detection upon entry.

No Outside Food, Drinks, or Alcohol:

To ensure a safe and controlled environment, outside food, drinks, and alcohol are strictly prohibited. Concessions and beverages will be available for purchase inside the festival grounds. Unauthorized items may be confiscated at entry.By attending the Sun Kissed Sips Music Festival, you agree to comply with these rules and understand that failure to do so may result in denied entry or removal from the event.
